2. Copy of the passport’s first and last page
3. Passport size white background photographs with 70 % face area and complete shoulder of the applicant (Digital).
4. Proof of Covid-19 fully (double) vaccination certificate.
5. Return air ticket
6. Hotel Reservation Voucher
7. Working details for income proof

Please note :

– Online form filling charges is INR 800/- is applicable
– The period of stay must not exceed 30 days between the date of submission and completion of the validity period.
