Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Two set of completely filled and signed visa application forms
3. Three latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Original personal bank statement with minimum balance of Rs. 80000 / per person of last six months with banks seal and stamp
6. Hotel reservation voucher and day to day itinerary
7. Return air ticket
8. Original yellow fever certificate
