Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at-least 1 months validity from the date of intended travel and with at-least 3 blank pages and along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled and signed visa application form
3. Four latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter on the Company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel from the applicant
5. Hotel confirmation voucher from the hotel in South Africa on their letter head
6. Day to day itinerary on the travel agents letter head
7. Confirm return air ticket
8. ITR of last three years (Minimum 2 year at least)
9. Original latest personal bank statement for the last six months dually signed and stamped by the bank with available balance of minimum Rs. 300,000/-
10. Marriage certificate, where applicable (For verification purpose applicant needs to carry the Original Marriage Certificate at the time of submission at VFS center)
11. Proof of Covid-19 fully (double) vaccination certificate.

If Self Employed / Businessman

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2. GST Certificate of the company
3. Company’s latest Bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years
4. Company visiting card

If Employed / Service person

1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
2. Salary slip for the last Six months / salary certificate from the Employer
3. Latest Salary bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stamped by the bank
4. Employee ID card

If Student

1. Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
2. School / Institute ID card copy

If Retired

Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

Please note :

1. Dates mentioned in the covering letter should exactly match the air ticket enclosed
2. Vaccination certificate i.e yellow fever certificate is required if applicant/s will travel through or stay in yellow fever belt
3. For the applicants below 18 years notarized consent affidavit and notarized original birth certificate is required
