Tourist Visa

Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
2. Completely filled and signed visa application form 14A
3. 2 latest passport size white background photographs with 70 % face area on the semi matt paper and completely visible ears and forehead
4. If applicant into Business : Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel with the accompanying applicants passport details
5. If applicant into Service : Original NOC / Leave grant letter and last three month’s salary slips
6. Applicants latest personal bank statement with an available balance of INR 1 Lac (if first time traveler)
7. Return Ticket itinerary
8. Hotel reservation voucher
9. School / College ID card (if kids are accompanying)
10. To complete online form please give Annual Income, Personal contact number, highest qualification and email id of applicant

* Photograph Specification:

• Recent coloured passport size photograph of 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant’s features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish.) Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted and kindly ensure that your form is properly completed. Any incomplete submission or false declaration will result in the application being rejected

Visitor Visa

6. Invitation letter form V39A completely filled and signed by the Inviting person
7. Passport and FIN card copy of the Inviting person
8. Applicants latest personal bank statement (if first time traveler)
9. Return Ticket itinerary
10. School / College ID card (if kids are accompanying)
11. To complete online form please give Annual Income, Personal contact number, highest qualification and email id of applicant

6. Invitation letter form V39A completely filled and signed by the Inviting Company
7. Formal Invitation letter on the letter head dually signed by the with the complete address and contact details
8. Applicants latest personal bank statement (if first time traveler)
9. Return Ticket itinerary
10. To complete online form please give Annual Income, Personal contact number, highest qualification and email id of applicant
