Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled and signed online visa application form
3. Four Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (3 X 3 cm size, colored with white background with no spectacles) (Digital Photo also required)
4. Detailed Covering Letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel (addressed to Embassy of Colombia)
5. Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stamped by the bank.
6. Income tax returns of last three years. (If available)
7. Confirmed Return air ticket
8. Hotel reservation voucher
9. Copy of Highest educational degree of the applicant
10. Proof of Covid-19 fully (double) vaccination certificate.
11. Aadhaar Card copy
12. Spouse Aadhaar card and passport copy.(If Married)
13. Authority Letter is required on a stamp paper authorizing for submission and collection of the passport from the embassy

If Self Employed / Business:

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2. GST Certificate of the company
3. Company’s latest Bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years
4. Company visiting card

If Employed / Service person

1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
2. Salary slip for the last Six months / salary certificate from the Employer
3. Employee ID card

If Student

1. Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
2. School / Institute ID card copy

If Retired

Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc

Please note :

1. The covering letter and Invitation letter should be signed by the blue pen and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Colombia, New Delhi”
2. It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel
3. After doing the online processing, we will receive a pre-approval mail. The documents will be submitted to embassy along with the pre-approval mail post payment of embassy processing fee. Once the embassy checks the documents and finds them in order, they will send the final approval mail post which the passport has to be submitted in embassy for stamping along with the visa fees
4. Indian nationals do not require Colombian Visa for stay up to 90 days provided they must have a valid schengen or US visa except Transit Visa
5. Submission Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
