Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and at least 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled, signed and uploaded documents in the online visa application form at https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/index.jsp (with the clear bar code page copy required)
3. Three latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months (i.e. bank’s stamp on every page)
6. Personal Income tax return of last three years
7. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
8. Hotel reservation voucher from Brazil
9. Return air ticket and day to day itinerary
10. Credit card copy and visiting card of the applicant

Please note :

1. Online form filling charges is INR 1000/- if applicable
2. Yellow fever certificate is required at the time of travel
