Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and at least 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Passports details pages attested by the Gazetted Officer
3. Completely filled and signed visa application form
4. Four latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
5. Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation, the purpose of travel and the mobile number from the applicant
6. Confirmed return air tickets and the day to day itinerary
7. Accommodation confirmation from Botswana / the hotel reservation voucher 8. Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last two years
9. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
10. Credit card copy of the applicant
