Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled and signed visa application form
3. Four latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering-letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, New Delhi”
5. Original hotel confirmation voucher through authorized tour operator or travel agency
6. Original personal bank statement last six months and income tax last three years
7. Overseas travel insurance and return air ticket (with matching dates)
8. Original HIV Test Certificate from Authorized Doctor of the Embassy
9. Proof of Covid-19 fully (double) vaccination certificate

Please note :

– Applicant has to come personally for an interview at the Embassy

Tourist E-Visa Application Details:

1. Copy of the passport’s first and last page
2. Copy of the observation page (if any)
3. Hotel Voucher/ Invitee person details with the address of Azerbaijan
4. Return air ticket itinerary
5.Proof of Covid-19 fully (double) vaccination certificate
