• Consumption of alcohol/smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
  
• The duty hours for drivers are from 9.00 AM to 7 PM.
  
• Hatch-back/Sedan cars are not equipped with luggage carrier on top
  
• Vomiting on seats and floor are subjected to additional cleaning charges payable at nearby service centers directly by the passenger

PAYMENT POLICY

• 50% payment at the time of booking confirmation.
  
• 30% payment of the balance amount 28 days prior to the travel date.
  
• 20% payment of the balance amount 10 days prior to the travel date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancellation is made 45 days prior to the departure, 30% of the tour amount will be chargeable.
  
• If cancellation is made 28 days prior to the departure, 50% of the tour amount will be chargeable.
  
• If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the departure, 75% of the tour amount will be chargeable.
  
• If cancellation is made between 0-10 days prior to the departure, 100% of the tour amount will be chargeable
