Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled and signed visa application form
3. Four latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months / International credit card copy
6. Hotel reservation voucher and day to day itinerary
7. Return air ticket

Please note :

1. The passport should have at least two blank pages
2. Covering letter must be addressing to “The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Republic of Namibia”, New Delhi
3. 2 set of all the documents are required at the time of submission
4. Yellow fever inoculation certificate is required if the Journey to Namibia entails passing through the Yellow fever Areas of Africa / South America / Central America.
