Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Four latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
3. Completely filled and documents uploaded in the online visa application form at https://tramites.minrel.gov.cl/
4. Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5. Confirmed return air tickets and day to day itinerary
6. Hotel Reservation Voucher from Chile
7. Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last 3 years
8. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)

Please note :

1. Online form filling charges is INR 1000/- if applicable
2. Applicants not having a valid or traveled visa for US, UK, Canada, Schengen, New Zealand or Australia will have to come personally for the interview
