Tourist / Business / Visitor Visa Application Details : –
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
- Completely filled online form (format attached) “ We will do for you
- Covering letter stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel from the applicant (if Businessman on letter head
- Aadhar card copy of the applicant
- Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last 3 years
- Copies of D-Mat Account, Saving papers, LIC, Mutual Funds etc if mentioned in the application related to savings
If Visiting Someone
- Invitation letter with the complete address and contact details
- Passport and valid residence permit copy of the Inviting person
If Self Employed / Business
- Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
- Company’s latest bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last 3 years
If Employed / Service person
- No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
- Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer
If Student / Retired
- Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
- School / Institute ID card copy
- Retirement proof with the date of retirement

Please note :
- To initiate the process please arrange to send the attached excel dually filled along with the applicants passport’s front and last page
- The passport must have atleast 3 blank pages (face to face and one back to back) and issued within the previous 10 years only
- Applicant/s bio-metrics is required and they needs to come in person to the VFS center for the same
- Share what all additional services you want in advance so that we can opt it for you as some time VFS refuses to add on at the counter due to rush
- As this is an International transaction, so the Bank’s Foreign mark-up charges are applicable of around 5%
