Tourist/Business Visa

Tourist/Business Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. 2 set of completely filled and signed visa application forms
3. 2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Original personal bank statement with minimum balance of Rs. 80000 / per person of last six months with banks seal and stamp
6. Invitation letter addressing the Uganda High Commission, New Delhi on their company’s letter head with the authorized signatory’s name and designation (For Business Visa)
7. Passport and valid residence permit copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter (For Business Visa)
8. Hotel reservation voucher and day to day itinerary (For Tourist Visa)
9. Return air ticket
10. Original yellow fever certificate
