Tourist/Business eVisa Application Details:

1. Copy of valid passport with at least six month validity from the date of leaving Philippines
2. latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (with high resolution)
3. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel addressing the “The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Philippines”
4. Invitation Letter mentioning address in Philippines with Tel no and e-mail address duly NOTARIZED FROM Philippines NOTARY (Valid ID Copy of signing authority on Invitation Letter is mandatory) (For Business Visa)
5. Registration Certificate of Indian and Philippine Company
6. Hotel reservation voucher
7. Return air ticket itinerary
8. Pax direct contact details, i.e. mobile number and email id.
9. Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stamped by the bank
10. Personal Income tax return of last three years with Barcode
11. National ID copy such as Aadhar/Voter Id card etc
12. Proof of address- rent agreement/Aadhar/Voter Id card etc
13. Travel History of last two months (other than Philippines), Name of country, date of arrival and departure with purpose of visit, also share copy of respective visas with immigration stamp pages
14. Signature of the applicant- signs on a paper and scan it
15. Salary Slips for the last 6 months
