Tourist Visa

Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 1 year validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. 2 set of visa application form completely filled in block letters and with blanck ink
3. 3 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months (i.e. bank’s stamp on every page)
6. Personal Income tax return of last three years
7. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
8. Hotel reservation voucher from Peru
9. Return air ticket and day to day itinerary

Please note :

1. It is advised to the applicant to carry the Original Yellow Fever certificate at the time of travel
2. Applicant’s holding a valid multiple entry visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new valid passport along with the old passport at the time of travel

Business Visa

Business Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 1 year validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. 2 set of visa application form completely filled in block letters and with blanck ink
3. 3 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Formal notarized invitation letter in Spanish from the business partner in Peru to be directly mailed or faxed (consular@embassyperuindia.in / +91-11-4616 3301) to the Embassy and a copy to us
6. Recommendation letter through recognized Indian Chamber of Commerce (FIEO, FICCI, APEDA, ASSOCHAM, PHD etc.) stating that company is registered with them
7. Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months (i.e. bank’s stamp on every page)
8. Personal Income tax return of last three years
9. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
10. Return air ticket and hotel reservation voucher

Please note :
