Tourist Visa

Tourist Visa Application Details:

1. Copies of passports front, back, all stamped (used) pages and previous passport copies (if available)
2. Completely filled and signed family details sheet
3. Studio clicked soft copy of photograph with white background and face close up
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Online net banking latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three year
6. Confirmed return air ticket, hotel reservation vouchers and day to day itinerary (recommended)

If Self Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2. Companys original latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three years

If Employed / Service person

1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
2. Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer

If Student

1. Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
2. School / Institute ID card copy

Please note :

1. Minor traveling alone or accompanied by one parent shall provide a notarized NOC by the not traveling parent, plus copies of parents passports or signature ID proof
2. The passport should be atleast six months valid from the date of intended travel
3. As this is an international transaction, the Banks Foreign Mark Up charges are applicable of around 5 %

Visitor Visa

Visitor Visa Application Details:

1. Copies of passports front, back, all stamped (used) pages and previous passport copies (if available)
2. Completely filled and signed family details sheet
3. Studio clicked soft copy of photograph with white background and face close up
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Invitation letter with the complete address and the contact details of Inviting person
6. Completely filled and signed sponsorship form 1025 (if sponsored)
7. Passport and valid resident permit copy of the Inviting person
8. Online net banking latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three year
9. Return air ticket, hotel reservation vouchers and day to day itinerary (recommended)

If Self Employed / Business

1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled and signed visa application form 1189 and family details sheet
3. 2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5. Invitation letter with the complete address and the contact details from the counter part in New Zealand
6. Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6Â months and ITR of last three year
7. Return air ticket, hotel reservation vouchers and day to day itinerary (recommended)

If Self Employed / Business
