Business Visa Application Details:
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
- Completely filled and signed visa application form
- 2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
- Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
- Invitation letter addressing to the Embassy of Mozambique with the complete address and the contact details from the counterpart in Mozambique must be attested by the Immigration Department, Mozambique
- ID copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter
- Inviting company’s registration certificate copy (ALVARA)
- 3 Years Income Tax Paper of the Inviting company for the latest year (IRPS)
- Return air ticket
- Yellow fever certificate is mandatory

- If the company is not able to arrange the invitation letter, then they should write an email to mozemassydel@yahoo.co.in and follow the embassys instructions
- Yellow fever Vaccination certificate is required if the Journey to Namibia entails passing through the Yellow fever Areas of Africa / South America / Central America.
