Tourist/Business Visa Application Details:

1. 1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
   2. Completely filled online visa application form at https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=1020408
   3. Completely filled and signed Health Condition Report Form and Business Profile Form (attached)
   4. latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
   5. Invitation letter from South Korea dually signed and stamped along with registration number of company, complete address and contact details (Business Visa)
   6. Registration certificate of Korean and Indian company
   7. Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last 3 years
   8. Return air ticket itinerary / traveling dates

If Self Employed / Business

1. 1. 1. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel on the company’s letter head
      2. Company’s original 6 month’s bank statement (with bank seal and signature)
      3. Company’s ITR of last 3 years
      4. Company’s Registration and GST Certificate copy
      5. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner or Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)

If Employed / Service person

1. 1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel (format Attached)
   2. Salary slip for the last 12 months
