Visitor Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   3 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Original invitation Letter from Benin Host / Inviting Company on its letter head, which has to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Benin by the Honorary Consul General. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation
6.   Passport / valid residence permit copy of the authorized signatory of the Invitation letter
7.   Original personal bank statement for last 3 months with bank’s seal & signature
8.   Original yellow fever certificate
9.   Return air ticket
