Day 01: Arrival at Guwahati

Arrival at Guwahati. Afterward, proceed to the hotel for your refreshment. Rest of the day is free at leisure by own arrangement. Back to the hotel, stay overnight.

Day 02: Transfer from Guwahati to Shillong

Morning after breakfast, transfer to shillong. En route witness the Umiam Lake or Barapani - is the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya in midst of sylvan hills adorned by Khasi pines & peerless beauty. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 03: Shillong- Excursion to Mwaphlang + Shillong local Sightseeing – Shillong

After breakfast go for a excursion to Mawphlang Sacred Forest & Elephant falls. Later proceed for the local sightseeing visit Don Bosco Museum (Sunday Closed), Ward’s Lake located at the heart of the city which is popular for its garden walks and boating, Lady Hydari Park & Cathedral of Mary. Overnight Stay at Shillong.

Day 04: Excursion from Shillong to Cherrapunjee

You will be traveling to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place on the earth. En route visit the famous Elephant Falls. At Cherrapunjee visit – Arwah Cave / Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later drive back to Shillong. Overnight in Shillong.

Day 05: Shillong Local Sightseeing & Departure from Guwahati

After early breakfast check out and visit Don Bosco Museum & Ward’s Lake. Later drive to Guwahati and visit Kamakhya temple – it is situated at the top of the Nilachal Hill at about 800 feet above the sea level. The entire temple complex not only comprises of many other temples but also a whole set of people connected with them. Apart from the main Devi temple, it also comprises of some other major temples of Devi Kali, Tara, Bagala, Chinnamasta, Bhuvanesvari, Bhairavi and Dhumavati (Notes-Timing 08:00 A.M till 01:00 P.M & 3:00 P.M till its gets dark). Head to Guwahati Airport.
